Registered Reports

Provides researchers with useful external peer-reviewed feedback before the start of the study as well as providing a conditional acceptance to publish the completed study.  In this category, researchers can submit their study protocol of methods, proposed analyses and perhaps even some pilot data for a peer review before the start of the study.  All reviewed protocols will be given a conditional acceptance to publish the completed study, subject to researchers following the proposed protocol and a second review of the full article.
